Handmade Variation
Every piece is turned individually from natural material. Grain, figure, and color vary from the photographs shown, and that variation is a feature of the work rather than a defect.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. One-of-a-kind pieces are single-quantity; if an item sells at the booth before your order ships, we will contact you with options or refund in full.
Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Made-to-order items begin production after any personalization details are confirmed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Site content, photographs, and the Ratlum Mountain Woodcraft name and logo belong to Ratlum Mountain Woodcraft. By submitting artwork for engraving you confirm you have the right to use it.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
