Ratlum Mountain Woodcraft is a one-person shop. Your information is used to fulfill your order and nothing else.
What We Collect
Name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details you provide about a custom project. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
How It Is Used
To process orders, arrange shipping or local pickup, quote custom work, and reply to your questions. If you opt in, we may email occasionally about new pieces — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share only what is required to ship your order (carrier) and process payment (payment processor). We do not sell or rent customer information.
Files You Upload
Logos, artwork, and reference images submitted with a custom order request are used only to quote and produce your piece.
Your Choices
Ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
