Ready-To-Ship Items
In-stock pieces ship within two business days, with tracking, from Connecticut. Flat-rate shipping is $9.50 and is free on orders over $150.
Made-To-Order Items
Handmade to order — typically ships within 7–14 business days. Engraved and bulk orders are quoted with a firm completion date before work begins.
Free Local Pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at Market Street Creatives, 100 Lawton Street, Torrington, CT. You'll get an email as soon as it's ready.
Returns
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Personalized & Custom Work
Engraved, personalized, and custom-commissioned pieces are made for you specifically and cannot be returned, except in the case of a fault in workmanship.
Damaged In Transit
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund the piece.
