Custom Order Policy
What to expect when you commission a piece, from first note to finished work.
Quotes
Send your request through the custom order form. Michael will reply with material options, a price, and a realistic completion date, usually within one to two business days.
Deposits
Custom commissions and bulk orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. The balance is due before shipping or pickup.
Approvals
Engraving text, layout, and logo artwork are confirmed in writing before anything is cut. Once approved, changes may require a new piece at additional cost.
Lead Times
Most custom pens are finished within 7–14 business days. Larger runs and multi-piece orders are scheduled individually — tell us your date and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Materials
Natural wood varies. If a chosen blank fails during turning — a hidden void, a crack — we will source the closest available match and let you know before continuing.
Bulk Pricing
Quantity pricing is available on corporate and event orders. Include the quantity and required date in your request for the fastest quote.
